Every trade of $STARE pays creator fees into a shared pot. A three minute clock runs on that pot, and every buy of 0.02 ETH or more resets it. When the clock reaches zero, the wallet that made the last qualifying buy wins, provided it is still holding. Half of the pot is paid out in BLINK, a fifth buys $STARE back, and the rest goes to the treasury.
Every round is driven by trades. Nobody, including the engine, can choose when one ends.
Every trade of $STARE pays a 0.5% creator fee on Robinhood Chain. The engine claims it and holds it in the pot. Nothing is spent until a round settles.
Three full minutes with no qualifying buy ends the round, as long as the pot holds at least 0.01 ETH. Below that the clock waits at zero and the next qualifying buy restarts it.
Any buy of 0.02 ETH or more puts the clock back to three minutes and makes that wallet the leader. Smaller buys still pay fees, but they do not touch the clock.
The engine reads the leader's balance. Still holding the tokens from that buy means the round is won. Sold any of them and the round rolls over, with the full pot carried into the next one.
A new round starts the moment the last one closes, seeded with whatever carried over. There is no gap and no schedule to wait for.
50% is swapped to BLINK and sent to the winner. 30% goes to the treasury in ETH. 20% buys $STARE, which the engine keeps and never sells.
Every number below is read live from the engine. Every settled round leaves four transactions on the explorer: claim, payout, treasury and buyback.
$STARE is an Instant launch on dontblink: a fixed supply of one billion in a locked Uniswap V3 pool that the protocol holds and can never withdraw. Half of the pool's 1% fee streams to the creator wallet, and that stream is the pot.
BLINK is the dontblink ecosystem token. Paying the winner's share in BLINK means every settled round is also a buy of BLINK on Robinhood Chain, so activity on $STARE flows back into the platform it launched on.
The engine buys BLINK at settlement, at market, and sends it directly to the winning wallet. There is nothing to claim.
